Shipping & Handling
All orders usually ship within 5 business days via USPS Priority mail. Orders placed on Fridays-Sunday and holidays will be processed and shipped the within the following 5 business days. PLEASE NOTE: Estimated shipping dates are simply estimates. We still need time to process your orders. The shipping time estimates given during checkout do not apply until after your order has been processed.
Please be aware that while we attempt to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, there are some things that are out of our control (i.e. weather or holiday season). The delivery dates that are given by our carriers are estimated delivery dates, and on rare occasion, your package may arrive outside of the estimated delivery timeframe. Due to COVID-19 all packages may be delayed. Please allow shipping carriers 4 weeks after shipping date for delivery.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150. If your order is deemed to be a wholesale order (i.e. multiples of the exact same size and color of the exact same item) free shipping will not apply. If your wholesale order exceeds the free shipping threshold and you were not charged for shipping, you will receive an invoice for shipping before your order is shipped. If you do not pay the shipping invoice within 24 hours your order will be canceled and refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please use the link in your email to track your order. If the link to track your order does not work, please visit www.usps.com and manually enter your tracking number.
All orders must be under 4 pounds (typically 5 items or less). The fee for international shipping is $40. Promotional free shipping days do not apply to any international orders (with the exception of those on US territory).
